What You Can Expect

You will guide enterprise customers in deploying Zoom's AI platform to transform their workflows. You will architect AI solutions that connect Zoom with customer systems and run workshops that turn interest into committed projects. You will directly influence revenue while shaping how organizations adopt AI at scale.

About the Team

We accelerate AI adoption across Zoom's enterprise customer base. Our team bridges sales, product, and customers to design and deploy AI workflows. We exist to prove AI's business value and drive platform growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive qualified pipeline and bookings for Custom AI Companion and vertical AI products across enterprise, government, and commercial accounts

• Design outcome-focused AI implementation proposals that map current processes, define AI-augmented workflows across customer tech stacks, and specify integration and governance requirements

• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to identify high-value AI use cases in IT, customer experience, and operations

• Lead customer workshops and executive briefings that convert interest into production deployments and measurable business impact

• Create field-ready assets including solution decks, vertical playbooks, and outcome-focused talk tracks while providing structured product feedback on market needs

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrate 4+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AI consulting with enterprise customers

• Apply working knowledge of generative AI concepts including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI in business contexts

• Design and explain solution architectures that integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party enterprise systems

• Present and facilitate technical concepts for senior business and IT audiences with clarity and confidence

• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams while leading through influence rather than authority

• Leverage advanced prompt engineering skills and understanding of frontier model behavior across platforms including Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, NVidia, and Meta

• Prototype solutions using Python or similar tools; demonstrate experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or cloud AI services

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
