What you can expect
We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Zoom Docs team with a focus on driving product integrations and use-case-driven workflows. This role works across Zoom’s product portfolio (such as Meetings and Team Chat) and with external applications to improve how people use Zoom Docs in their day-to-day work. This role blends product design thinking, technical understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver thoughtful, user-focused features.

Responsibilities
Leading product integration efforts between Zoom Docs and other Zoom products, as well as with selected third-party tools.
Partnering with go-to-market teams to identify and build features tailored to specific user roles (e.g., HR, Sales, Marketing) and industry needs.
Defining and delivering capabilities that support multi-surface workflows and enhance overall productivity.
Prioritizing and balancing iteration speed with product quality and usability.
Identifying ecosystem opportunities to improve how Zoom Docs fits into existing workplace tools.
What we’re looking for
Have experience building SaaS products for enterprise customers in collaboration or productivity platforms.
Have a strong understanding of enterprise requirements, including compliance, administrative controls, scalability, and integration extensibility.
Have the ability to work cross-functionally across legal, security, sales, and engineering teams to build aligned solutions.
Possess familiarity with platform development, developer APIs, and integration strategies
Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Possess a bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$124 000,00Maximum:
$271 200,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
