What you can expect

As an Integrated Marketing Manager focused on the Mass Market, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that maximize brand visibility and drive large-scale demand generation for your sales segment. Your initiatives will engage key audiences across multiple channels, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing tactics to create and accelerate pipeline growth and customer acquisition at scale. You will lead the planning and execution of high-impact campaigns, mass-market events, nurtures, and key digital programs to ensure consistent messaging and measurable results.

About the Team

You will collaborate cross-functionally with a central campaign team, brand, field, partner, digital, and sales teams to deliver campaigns and events that resonate with mass-market audience(s). This includes targeting decision-makers, influencers, and end-users across diverse personas and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Developing annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans designed to target and engage mass- market segments, aligned with business growth targets and marketing objectives.

  • Leading the end-to-end execution of large-scale campaigns and events, including planning, budgeting, vendor and partner management, logistics, journey, and post-campaign analysis

  • Designing and implementing omni-channel marketing programs that span digital advertising, social media, email, webinars, in-person events, and content syndication.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (campaign, creative, digital, sales, analytics) and external partners to ensure campaign alignment and maximize impact.

  • Building and maintaining dashboards to report on campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize for Return On Investment.

  • Understanding mass-market trends and customer needs to tailor messaging and offers that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Analyzing market data and feedback continuously to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for demand generation

  • Serving as the day-to-day sales-facing contact for demand marketing programs.

What we’re looking for

  • Have proven experience running omni-channel marketing campaigns with a B2B Tech Mass Market emphasis.

  • Have a strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.

  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while working independently on day-to-day decision-making.

  • Have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.

  • Have a data-driven mindset with experience in building and interpreting KPI dashboards for campaign optimization (Tableau, Salesforce, DemandBase, 6Sense experience advantageous).

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97 600,00

Maximum:

$225 700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
