• Lead and oversee security investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and appropriate incident escalation

  • Review analyst investigations for quality and accuracy

  • Provide technical guidance on complex cases

  • Ensure proper shift handoff and documentation

• Serve as primary point of contact for analytical support during declared incidents

  • Coordinate investigative efforts with stakeholder teams

  • Make decisive investigative decisions during incidents

  • Manage investigative resources during high-priority events

• Drive continuous improvement of operational standards

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements

  • Optimize shift workflows and processes

  • Facilitate communication between shifts

• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for SOC analysts

  • Deliver technical guidance and training

  • Support new team member onboarding

  • Provide performance feedback to leadership

• 3+ years of hands-on SOC analyst experience in a senior or leadership role

• Deep technical knowledge of security tools, threat detection, and incident response

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

• Experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a 24x7 shift environment

• Relevant security certifications preferred

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
