What you can expect

We’re looking for a strategic and passionate Talent Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive performance management philosophy, strategy, and system that drives high performance and aligns with our organizational goals. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to design and implement a forward-thinking performance management system that fosters a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and growth. Your work will directly impact individual and team performance, leadership development, and overall organizational success.

About the Team

We support Zoom’s overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, and evolving a performance management strategy that aligns with organizational values and objectives. Additionally, build a clear, consistent performance philosophy that drives accountability, employee growth, and alignment with business outcomes. Must ensure that the philosophy is embedded in all aspects of performance—from goal setting to feedback to development planning.

  • Developing and implementing scalable systems for managing performance across the organization, including goal setting, performance evaluation and differentiation, integrating continuous feedback and ties to recognition and rewards. Will create a seamless, engaging, and transparent process for all employees to ensure alignment with their roles, growth goals, and business priorities.

  • Designing and implementing a scalable process for talent planning and succession management. Will create a structured approach for talent reviews to identify high-potential employees and assess future leadership needs. Will incorporate these into the overall performance management strategy, to foster a leadership pipeline for long-term organizational success.

  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership, HR business partners, and key stakeholders to align the performance management strategy with business priorities. Will ensure that performance management processes support the broader organizational goals and foster a high-performance environment across all teams and levels.

  • Developing and delivering training and resources to educate both managers and employees on new performance management practices. Additionally, will equip managers with tools for effective feedback, goal-setting, and performance conversations, while helping employees engage in self- assessment and development planning. Additionally, foster a culture where performance and feedback conversations are an ongoing part of growth for all.

What we’re looking for

  • Bring 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing performance management strategies, systems, and processes. Must have a proven track record of developing scalable, high-impact performance systems that drive both individual and organizational success.

  • Have robust experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve performance management practices. Must have the ability to design and measure the impact of performance initiatives on individual and organizational outcome.

  • Have proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders. Must be skilled in navigating complex organizational dynamics and aligning diverse teams to create impactful performance management initiative.

  • Have a passion for fostering high performance and continuous growth. Must be comfortable working in an agile environment with a solution-oriented mindset, balancing the need for high standards with adaptability to change.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
