Your Impact on Our Mission
At Zocdoc, we’re building the best experience for millions of patients to find and book care with ease. As a Senior Product Manager on the Growth team, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Zocdoc’s mission to give power to the patient. You’ll drive how patients discover Zocdoc through the channels that matter most and turn those moments of intent into meaningful healthcare action.
This is a high-impact role focused on scaling user acquisition, optimizing conversion, and unlocking new growth levers across the marketplace. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Design to build and iterate on experiences that connect more patients to care.

Your day to day is…
- Defining and executing product strategies that increase patient acquisition and conversion
- Running experiments to test new value propositions, landing pages, and funnel optimizations
- Partnering with Marketing to launch SEO and paid growth initiatives using CMS tools
- Scoping integrations with third-party partners to enable off-platform bookings
- Analyzing booking flow performance and developing strategies to reduce drop-off
- Collaborating with Design and Engineering to launch and optimize booking APIs and app funnel UX
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- A track record of shipping impactful, user-centric booking or checkout features that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience with marketplace dynamics and the levers that drive both sides of the ecosystem
- Comfort managing technical tradeoffs and collaborating closely with engineers
- Passion for performance-driven UX and scalable product infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear product priorities and decisions
