The Role
We’re seeking a forward-thinking Senior Account Director to co-lead a high-growth, high-visibility global athleisure brand account. This is a leadership role for an individual who excels at the intersection of media, creativity, data, and commerce. You will be accountable for delivering integrated, performance-driven strategies that drive brand growth, global relevance, and measurable business outcomes, in close partnership with client marketing, creative, data/analytics, and cross-agency teams.
You’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible, championing innovation across channels, guiding high-performing teams, and ensuring that media becomes a growth engine for the brand.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $130,000- $165,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in the U.S. (with some exclusions), however, we are strongly prioritizing candidates residing in Southern California for client needs

You Will Be
- Strategic & Client Leadership
- Serving as the day-to-day senior lead and strategic advisor to client stakeholders.
- Leading the strategic direction of integrated media strategies rooted in brand purpose, cultural relevance, data intelligence, and consumer insight
- Translating marketing challenges into multi-market, full-funnel media solutions that drive business outcomes, from brand heat to incremental revenue
- Partnering with strategy, data, and analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive, insight-driven storytelling across the funnel
- Team & Agency Integration
- Acting as the connective tissue across the integrated agency team, ensuring alignment across strategy, media, data, and creative functions
- Cultivating a strong team culture with your cross-functional team, building capability, fostering development, and mentoring rising talent
- Leading by example in a collaborative, curious, and performance-driven environment
- Innovation & Growth
- Staying ahead of media trends, from AI-powered planning tools to new commerce platforms, and translating them into actionable, test-and-learn opportunities for the brand
- Actively challenge the status quo with ideas that push boundaries and deliver unexpected value to the client and their consumers
- Driving organic growth by identifying and shaping new opportunities across markets and disciplines
- Performance & Commercial Management
- Owning the commercial health of the account, including scope, resourcing, margin, forecasting, and revenue growth
- Ensuring operational excellence in planning, buying, and reporting processes
- Presenting campaign performance and business impact clearly to clients, partnering with analytics teams to build compelling narratives grounded in outcomes
You Must Have
- 8+ years of Client Leadership experience at a media or integrated agency including significant client leadership responsibilities
- A knack for bringing together multiple agencies, internal teams, and external partners to deliver unified solutions
- Proven experience working on consumer lifestyle, fashion, retail, or global brand accounts
- The ability to blend strategic media thinking with commercial acumen, creativity, and empathy
- Comfortability in navigating the intersection of brand building and performance marketing, with a command of digital, traditional, and emerging channels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and mobilize a team across geographies and functions
- The ability to zoom out to see the bigger business picture, and zoom in to ensure flawless delivery
- Familiarity with modern measurement, attribution, retail media, social commerce, influencer strategy, and media-tech innovation.
- Confident presentation skills with a persuasive POV, comfortability in boardrooms and brainstorms alike
- Digital fluency and data savviness with curiosity for experimentation and optimization
- Nice to Have: Experience leading regional or global multi-market campaigns
