At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together.

Webflow is looking for a Lead IT Project Manager, GTM to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across our Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem - spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. As a senior member of the IT organization, you’ll partner closely with GTM leaders and IT systems teams to deliver scalable solutions that enable growth, optimize processes, and drive revenue performance. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and strategic rigor to large-scale programs — ensuring alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and organizational outcomes.

This role demands a strategic project leader who is equally comfortable operating at the executive level and diving into delivery details. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that Webflow’s GTM technology landscape evolves with speed, governance, and excellence.

  • Reporting to the Senior Director, IT Foundations

As our Lead IT Project Manager, GTM, you’ll…

  • Lead strategic GTM-focused IT initiatives across systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, and other revenue-enabling platforms.
  • Establish and manage program governance, ensuring alignment between IT, RevOps, Finance, and GTM stakeholders.
  • Develop executive-level PMO materials (program charters, roadmaps, KPI dashboards, steering committee updates) that drive clarity and accountability.
Partner with business and technical leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams while anticipating risks and proactively removing blockers.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication at all levels, ensuring transparency and engagement across GTM and IT leadership.
  • Drive process improvement within the IT PMO and GTM systems delivery lifecycle necessary to build scalable frameworks for repeatable success.
  • Support portfolio management and prioritization, helping leadership balance strategic impact, resource capacity, and delivery velocity.
  • Mentor junior PMs and program contributors in best practices for project execution, governance, and stakeholder management.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in IT or enterprise systems project management, focused on GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations systems
  • Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple tools and platforms

  • Strong communicator skilled at producing executive-ready deliverables and driving alignment without authority
  • Experienced in managing budgets, vendors, and system integrators within SaaS or high-growth environments
Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiar with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma frameworks
  • PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification preferred

You’ll thrive as a Lead IT Project Manager, GTM if you:

  • Excel at leading cross-functional programs that connect business strategy with technical execution
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence from system architects to executive stakeholders
