What does a work environment look like at Vouch?
Vouch has employees located across the U.S., with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time) when most internal meetings are held.

The Senior Business Operations Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, helping identify, frame, and solve the company’s most important operational and growth challenges.
Reporting to the CRO and working closely with leaders across Brokerage, Sales, Placements, Finance, Product, and Operations, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will help leaders turn ambiguity into clarity, insights into decisions, and decisions into measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for driving execution across the entire portfolio of business initiatives, as well as personally managing a few initiatives that are cross-functionally complex.
This is a modern BizOps role: equal parts thought partner, analyst, and execution owner.
What You’ll Do
Problem Framing & Opportunity Analysis
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify, frame, and prioritize high-impact opportunities and operational problems
- Structure ambiguous questions into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and analytical plans
- Prepare clear, compelling materials for leadership discussion and recommendation forums, grounded in data and operational reality
Strategic & Operational Analysis
- Support scenario modeling and operational planning in close partnership with Finance
- Pressure-test assumptions and surface tradeoffs to support high-quality decision making
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to validate projects and assumptions
Decision Support & Leadership Enablement
- Help business leaders translate insights into clear decisions, including recommended paths forward
- Act as a neutral, trusted advisor who can synthesize perspectives across Brokerage, Sales, Placement, Ops, and Product
- Support planning, prioritization, and investment discussions with rigorous execution insight through an analytical lens
Special Projects & Initiative Ownership
- Lead high-priority initiatives from concept through execution, either as:
- A senior individual contributor owning delivery, or
- A cross-functional project lead coordinating teams without formal authority
- Drive initiatives across:
- Operating model changes
- New product and segment expansion
- Cross-functional process changes
Cross-Functional Program Management
- Coordinate work across multiple teams and roadmaps to reduce coordination overhead
- Establish clear goals, milestones, owners, and success metrics for initiatives
- Track progress, surface risks and dependencies, and course-correct as needed
Impact Tracking & Learning
- Define KPIs to measure the impact of decisions and initiatives
- Partner with Finance to connect outcomes to forecasts, models, and productivity assumptions
- Capture learnings and feed them back into future planning and decision cycles
About You
Experience
- 4+ years in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or equivalent roles
- Proven experience working with senior leaders on ambiguous, high-stakes business problems
- Track record of owning analyses and driving initiatives to meaningful outcomes
- Experience partnering closely with Finance on planning, modeling, and forecasting
- Familiarity with brokerage, insurance, or regulated operational environments is a plus

Compensation philosophy:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are part of our total compensation package, which also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
