About the Role As a consultant working with our product and data science organizations, you will have the opportunity to contribute your fleet management, fleet service, and fleet operations expertise to help create best-in-class solutions for the most pressing issues for fleets. Your role will be to advise the product and data science teams to help them develop context about how fleets operate, building critical bridges to ensure customers get the most from our product while also contributing to the improvement of those products. Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;">Advise product and data science team members on major fleet pain points, common solutions, and opportunities for value creation</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Working closely with our product management and data science teams to help them become domain experts in fleet service, operations, and connected vehicle data.</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Identify and develop ideas for new products and features that leverage connected vehicle data, data science and software.</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;">7+ years of experience in Fleet Management industry</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Intimate knowledge of one or more of the following</li> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;">Fleet service operations</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Automotive repair and maintenance operations</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Vehicle allocation decisions</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Vehicle lifecycle management</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Vehicle repair/replace decisions and policies</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Total cost of ownership models</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">In house service vs outsourced service decisions</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">OEM purchasing and repair relationship</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Data analysis for fleet management</li> <li style="font-weight:400;">Driver hiring and retention</li> </ul> </ul> Bonus <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;">Prior work in small, agile teams</li> </ul>
