Who We Are
The Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Finance Operations Manager, P2P to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our small team of 4 on the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay Process. The ideal candidate will be hard working, have an attention to detail, and can communicate well across all levels of a corporate environment.
- Manage the company's global Procure-to-Pay process by overseeing direct reports managing PO requests, invoices, AP aging, payment processing, purchasing cards, and AP reporting.
- Be responsible for overseeing our AP software (ZIP, Netsuite), policies, and processes, ensuring that they are effectively managed and optimized to meet the company’s needs
- Work closely with Accounting and Treasury to manage bank transactions and international payments
- Partner with Strategic Finance on Budget Analysis and Coding
- Lead month-end close efforts for AP processes including assisting with month-end accruals, and AP account reconciliations
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff in a collaborative and supportive environment, including defining and tracking periodic KPIs, goals, and objectives
- Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and implement best practices that support our financial operations
- Assist with quarterly and annual external audits related to accounts payable functions
- Resolve issues and escalations identified by the team or our business partners
- Own all projects and reporting to scale the AP function as the company grows and expands
- Manage the weekly payment run with the CFO
Requirements:
- BA/BBA/BS Degree from 4 year university
- 6+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
- 1+ years of managing a high functioning AP Team
- Knowledge of financial systems (i.e.Netsuite, Zip, Banking, etc)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to focus, complete tasks accurately and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously
