Job Description
Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday to Friday
Position Purpose:
Receive and enter data from paperwork for manifested waste in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and provide customer service and support.
Primary Duties /Responsibilities:
- Receive and enter data from all incoming shipping documents into the company database, ensuring all information is present and accurate.
- Prepare internal paperwork to enable operations to off-load receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate shipment status clearly and efficiently with other departments
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Background:
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
- Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Ability to work independently or with others as required
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required
Required Certification / Licenses / Training:
- Necessary DOT / RCRA training will be provided upon hiring
Additional Information
Targeted Hourly Pay range: Minimum of $18 to a maximum of $19
