UpMetrics combines a cutting-edge impact analytics and reporting platform with top-tier professional services to help partners define their narrative and create positive change.</div><div><br></div><div>The Kansas-City-based Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation (KF) provides grants to organizations that break down barriers to provide people with the necessary skills throughout life to make or take a job, and ultimately give back to their community. KF is committed to strengthening its grantees in part through developing Learning Communities and providing select interested grantees with access to the UpMetrics platform and services.</div><div><br></div><div>As an Impact Data Fellow at UpMetrics, you will work directly with a cohort of KF grantees in the Kansas City area and Heartland region (Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas) over a two-year period to help them become more data-driven, using the UpMetrics platform. You will be a key resource to KF and each individual grantee as well as a conduit for sharing best practices across the cohort and with KF.</div><div><br></div><div><b>As part of this two-year position, you will work in a hybrid manner balancing your time between the KF office and/or home office, in-person meetings with grantees across KC, Zoom meetings with grantees when needed, and Zoom meetings with the geographically dispersed UpMetrics team.</b></div><div><br></div><div>This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to advance their social impact career by developing both their technical and interpersonal skills, while also gaining significant exposure to a variety of local nonprofits, the Kauffman Foundation team, and other social impact stakeholders.</div>
