Background & Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a proactive, forward thinking Supply Planning & Project Management professional who is an exceptional communicator, excels at prioritization, and demonstrates strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment. In this role, you will fully own promotional planning for all Personal Care gift sets as well as the Deodorant and Home Care categories. You will lead the end to end execution of in/out displays and limited time promotional launches with excellence, agility, and strong cross functional alignment.
You will play a critical role in coordinating across Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P), supply chain planning (demand, innovation, supply, distribution requirements planning), operations planning, brand, customer experience, and our 3PM Repacking partners to manage end to end timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver projects OTIF with no excess inventory.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the end-to-end promotional planning and execution of display programs for the Personal Care gifting season in addition to Deodorant and HomeCare categories, ensuring OTIF
• Deliver with Excellence by delivering a dispatch rate of 98+%
• Lead cross-functional project team on project timeline requirements and hold stakeholders fully accountable to delivery dates
• Provide regular project updates to Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P) and planning leadership teams and escalate risks with clear options and trade-offs
• Think three steps ahead to develop breakthrough solutions, lead process improvement initiatives to streamline planning for future displays or promo cycles, and proactively problem solve to enable business growth
• Track demand signals and customer commitments for alignment with customer lock volumes and champion zero creation of excess inventory
• Ensure supply plans are reflected as early and as accurately in systems as possible and communicated to stakeholders
• Excel at prioritizing, communicating, and mitigating any project risk with the business and customer experience teams
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or project management (CPG experience a plus).
• Experience working with promotional or short-lead-time programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, planning tools (Maestro preferred) and ERP systems.
• Ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and drive decisions under pressure.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
