Who You Are and What You'll Do

The Commercial National Account Manager is responsible for executing and delivering against set targets and growing profitable sales with Key Restaurant Accounts in their market on all Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) products (Hellmann’s, Legout, Knorr, B&J etc.) by:

  • Partnering with current UFS operators to penetrate new categories

  • Cultivating relationships with accounts to better promote Unilever Food Solution’s products and execute UFS marketing initiatives

  • Building JBP and/or targeting plan with Top 200 US National accounts

  • Maintaining business level with current portfolio, focusing on margin improvement via pricing/basket/program support

  • Identifying key risks, both short and long term, within customer plan

  • Full execution of UFS Annual Operating Plan and quarterly initiatives

  • Lead Innovation launch via National account pull and execution

  • Strategically targeting and executing new business prospects with Restaurant Account Operators to expand reach

  • Develop and execute local plan aligned to Strategy (EG doubling operator reach)

  • Highly active market presence +40 sales calls per week

  • Educating Operator Accounts on Unilever product and marketing tools

  • Full activity planning and execution in CRM (Salesforce.com)

  • Profitably grow account portfolio

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years sales experience in Large Account Management foodservice required

  • Branded Executional Experience

  • Bachelor degree preferred

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
