What you will be doing…

  • Lead negotiations with both existing and prospective tenants, from initial lead identification through financial and legal lease discussions to final contract signature.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with current tenants to enhance performance, drive revenue growth, and reduce risk.

  • Stay ahead of retail trends and customer buying behaviours to inform leasing decisions and strategy.

  • Analyse leasing contract data and tenant sales performance to identify opportunities and support decision‑making.

  • Play an active role in shaping and delivering the leasing strategy that maximises the value of our centres.

  • Manage new lettings from agreement through the full legal process to completion.

  • Develop and foster relationships with new retailers and brands to broaden our tenant mix.

  • Support and evolve tenant mix strategies to ensure a vibrant and profitable retail environment.

  • Creatively review unit configurations to optimise income and returns.

  • Collaborate closely with Centre Management, Finance, Research, Development, Design & Construction, Legal, Marketing and PR teams to provide strategic leasing guidance.

  • Contribute to the preparation of the Annual Business Plan, budgets, long‑term forecasts, and regular financial reporting.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?

  • A Bachelor's degree (e.g., in business administration)

  • Experience in retail leasing.

  • A strong professional network that you can leverage to create opportunities.

  • Building relationships is second nature to you, and as a team player, you excel in interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Have sharp financial and/or analytical insight and like to take responsibility for your work.

  • Communication: You are strong in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
