We are looking for a driven Supplier Accountant. You will be part of the Accounts Payable team, which consists of 8 people divided into four teams in Sweden, Denmark, the UK and the Netherlands. Accounts Payable is part of Northern Europe's finance department, which has 65 people. The role will focus on Swedish properties (Mall of Scandinavia, Westfield Taby Centrum and Nacka Forum). The position is based in Stockholm and starts immediately.

Key objectives

To ensure accurate, timely, and efficient management of accounts payable processes for Swedish properties (Mall of Scandinavia, Westfield Täby Centrum, and Nacka Forum), while fostering strong supplier relationships, driving process harmonisation across Northern Europe, and contributing to the successful transition to SAP S/4 HANA. The Supplier Accountant will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting operational excellence, and enabling continuous improvement within the regional finance team.

What you will be doing…

  • Manage accounts payable for assigned shopping centres or management companies

  • Provide on‑site financial support by working regularly from our centres

  • Record and reconcile bank transactions accurately

  • Process invoices, including manual handling when required

  • Support month‑end closing, reconciliations, and reporting

  • Handle payment reminders and follow‑ups with suppliers

  • Act as a key contact for supplier queries and relationships

  • Contribute to process improvements and system development, including SAP S/4 HANA transition

  • Participate in regional projects to harmonise accounts payable processes.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?

  • Good knowledge of SAP (S4 / HANA)

  • Good skills in Excel

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to work towards deadlines

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Experience working in a larger, global company is a plus

  • Accounting knowledge is a plus but not required
