Shopping Centre Asset Assistant

We’re looking for an Asset Assistant to join our Centre Management team at Fisketorvet. This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you’ll be right at the heart of day-to-day operations. Key Objective:
Support the General and Deputy General Managers in running the centre smoothly, focusing on admin, customer experience, and stakeholder communication. You’ll be hands-on in the centre, coordinating with tenants and suppliers, reporting on footfall and sales, assisting with audits and platform management, and collaborating across marketing, office support, and strategic projects
What you will be doing…
Coordinate tenant communication and support customer journey initiatives using tools like URWConnect and Goodays
Provide administrative support across Shopping Centre Management functions, including sales tracking, meeting notes, and system updates
Assist with marketing tasks such as content updates, data collection, and campaign evaluation
Manage documentation, audit prep, and internal workflows, including DocuSign, asset websites, and crisis handbooks
Lead or support small-scale projects, supplier coordination, and value-adding initiatives within the asset
Maintain daily office operations and assist with tenant queries, meetings, and reception support
Monitor and help improve service quality, KPIs, and operational routines in collaboration with the Deputy GM
Contribute to digital growth by enhancing online visibility and supporting loyalty initiatives
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
1-2 years of previous work experience with people, for example, in reception, retail, customer service or similar
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in Danish and strong English skills, both spoken and written, as the internal business language is English
Structured and detail-focused with an analytical mindset
Potential and willingness to grow
Independent and proactive
Basic knowledge/experience of marketing tools
