We’re looking for a talented individual to join Westfield Rise (WR), URW’s in-house retail media agency. WR serves as a one-stop shop for crafting innovative and dynamic campaigns using URW’s platform of best-in-class retail media assets and advertising capabilities. We're hiring for the role of Brand Experience & Media Manager.

WR is structured around Media, Brand Experience & Brand (Event) Partnerships, Services, and Data, focusing on commercial opportunities and revenue through a client-centric 360° approach. Key Objective:

As Brand Experience & Media Manager, you will collaborate with agencies, brands, and our media partner Ocean Outdoor to deliver impactful brand campaigns across our shopping centres. Operating as part of Westfield Rise’s high-performing Northern European team, you will be responsible for selling and executing physical, digital, and 360° brand activations that drive consumer engagement, maximise brand exposure for clients, and generate revenue for the business.

This role focuses primarily on the Nordic market, covering key assets in Sweden and Denmark, including Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, Westfield Täby Centrum, Fisketorvet Copenhagen Mall, and Nacka Forum. Based full-time at our Stockholm headquarters, you will report to the Head of Westfield Rise for NL, SE & DK, and may also support broader initiatives across Northern Europe, including the Netherlands and the UK. The team operates both onsite and from the office, with regular presence across our assets.

What you will be doing…

You’ll share responsibility for driving revenue and performance across the Nordic Westfield Rise business, in line with strategic plans and budgets.

Sales & Client Management

  • Build and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and tenants to pitch and execute impactful campaigns using Westfield Rise inventory, mainly in Sweden and Denmark

  • Oversee projects from lead generation to brief responses, negotiation, delivery (with Operations Lead), and post-campaign reporting

  • Deliver proactive, innovative service to clients, maintaining Westfield Rise's high standards

Collaboration & Expansion

  • Work with internal teams (e.g. Leasing, Centre teams) to ensure smooth execution and uncover new commercial opportunities

  • Coordinate with Northern Europe and wider Westfield Rise colleagues to develop and implement cross-border deals

Media Partnerships

  • Partner closely with media agency Ocean Outdoor to sell and deliver DOOH campaigns with performance analytics in Nordic markets

  • Grow and manage a strong network of brand and agency clients, both nationally and internationally

  • Stay informed on client activity, trends, and competitor campaigns

Reporting & Insights

  • Keep all sales materials and presentations aligned with global guidelines and market standards

  • Accurately report income and pipeline via internal reporting systems

  • Support financial tracking, analysis, and forecasting.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?

  • Experience and a proven track record with or within media and/or Brand Experience, preferably from Media or Creative Agency – min. 3 years

  • Relevant experience of selling and or buying Media, OOH, Brand Partnerships, Experiential or Events

  • Excellent sales skills and media market knowledge

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills - Must be fluent in Swedish and English

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving solving and decision-making capabilities

  • Proven presentation and negotiation/networking skills
