Sr. Commercial Enablement Associate, US&C

About the Role
As a member of the US&C Delivery Commercial Training and Enablement team, you will be responsible for implementing commercial training & enablement programs for our Restaurant commercial team members across the US & Canada. You will partner cross-functionally with global enablement colleagues, product and tools teams, and our sales leaders to help design, develop, and deliver these training programs.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Enablement, US&C, and will partner very closely with US&C enablement colleagues for regional Commercial Leadership initiatives as well as with global colleagues on larger initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the implementation of key training enablement programs for sales and account management teams. This includes new hire onboarding, product and systems training, sales skill development, partner management, general go-to-market support and other enablement tools.
- You will work directly with key stakeholders across sales, account management, commercial operations, HR, product, and other teams to complete regular training needs analysis to align on priorities and learning needs.
- You will be responsible for helping design and deliver training and documentation that support the deployment and adoption of sales productivity tools, products, processes, and other resources. This will involve scheduling and hosting training in collaboration with the central team.
- Create and maintain learning content both independently and in partnership with the central instructional design team.
- Collaborate closely with, and act as a liaison between, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure sales teams have relevant and accurate information to do their jobs.
- Always be learner-first, ensuring that your programs not only drive expected performance but are also a good use of time and Uber resources, ensuring that your learners are receiving the knowledge and tools they need to perform optimally.
- Define performance goals and track impact of your programs in achieving improved organizational outcomes.
- Field ad hoc content and support requests from the Commercial and Commercial Operations teams and prioritize activities based on these requests.
- Establish a broad network across the organization that allows you to easily identify internal best practices and rapidly scale & deploy these.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, or other relevant sales experience.
- Experience in sales training and/or learning & development.
- Clear communication skills. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights.
- Solid project management skills and balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
- Curious/solution-oriented mindset, able to work independently and cross-functionally across various teams, profiles, and levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coaching and developing others.
- Experience in building training content for both instructor led sessions and eLearning.
- Highly curious and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced globally collaborative environment.
- Have the ability to switch from high-level program strategy to rolling up your sleeves for implementation.
- Ability to create and deploy learning and enablement tools in a variety of formats.
- Experience with content creation tools, learning management, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, conversation insights and revenue enablement tools.
- Experience building end-to-end enablement tools and processes based on insights and data
- Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$126,000 per year - USD$140,000 per year.
