We're hiring a Director, Clinical Operations to lead and scale our clinical operations infrastructure as we expand access to women's healthcare nationwide. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive clinical strategy, optimize provider operations, and build the systems and team that support our growth. You'll lead a team including an Associate Manager and Associate who handle day-to-day execution across revenue cycle management (RCM), provider licensing and credentialing, and provider operations. The ideal candidate brings healthcare operations expertise, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
