2. Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will cross-functional teams to support and optimize campaigns across multiple channels — using analytics to uncover insights, improve performance, and drive user growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing analytics and using data to optimize campaign performance. Your focus will be on driving user growth and engagement by supporting and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for turning insights into actionable strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve performance and scale impact.
3. Manager
You’ll report directly to Clotilde Goupil de Bouillé, Head of Growth Marketing, who joined Twentyeight Health in 2024 to lead and scale the Growth Marketing function, after consulting with the company since its founding in 2019.
4. Responsibilities
- Track and analyze performance across marketing channels (e.g., email, paid social, search) to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI across key marketing initiatives.
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using tools like Amplitude to share insights with cross-functional teams and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and Product teams to measure the full user journey and identify drop-offs or areas for improvement.
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to support campaign planning and refine targeting strategies.
- Support broader marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, content creation, and brand storytelling — ensuring all work aligns with data insights and user behavior.
5. Requirements
We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or growth function, ideally with exposure to performance or lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record of analyzing marketing data to improve campaign performance and inform decision-making
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and key acquisition and retention metrics across digital channels
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, reporting, and building performance dashboards
- Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools to monitor user behavior and marketing impact; familiarity with Amplitude is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field preferred

8. Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive compensation package
- Total compensation possible $68k
- Base compensation between $60-65k
- Performance based bonus of up to 5%
