About The Role

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Lifecycle Marketing, Senior Manager to help us optimize our customer journey and drive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, developing insights, and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improving the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email and SMS, to engage and retain customers.
  • Create and maintain customer segmentation and targeting strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience, product, and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant messaging strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.

We're Excited About Your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, preferably in a DTC or subscription-based company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze) and CRM systems.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and cognitive enhancement is a plus.

Pay Transparency:

We can’t quantify everything we think you’ll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you’ll work on, to the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000-145,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
