We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate, DTC Customer Service to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Home Delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from order placement to delivery. You’ll be the voice of our brand, providing timely and accurate support to ensure every interaction reflects our premium standards. This is a part-time position working 20 hours a week.

This position will be based at our Tucson, AZ or Los Angeles, CA location. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information about orders, products, delivery timelines, and general inquiries.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and returns coordination with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with logistics, accounting, marketing, eCommerce, and third-party warehouse (3PL) teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Manage special orders and VIP clientele, delivering white-glove service that exceeds expectations.
  • Assist the Customer Experience Manager with escalations, reporting, performance insights, and team communication.
  • Participate in special projects, process enhancements, and initiatives designed to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and subscription platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Recharge, and/or Ordergroove is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and MS Outlook.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
