We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing initiatives, primarily focused on paid media ads across Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, with a strong analytical mindset to drive growth and maximize ROI. This role requires proficiency in Excel for data analysis and a keen understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Job Description
- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Instacart and BJ’s to drive traffic, increase conversions, and meet KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, path to purchase and trend tracking to inform and refine ad strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ad spending efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to stay updated on best practices in digital marketing.
- Maintain and update campaign documentation, reports, and analytics dashboards.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to internal stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid search and display advertising, including specific experience with Amazon Ads or Walmart Connect, preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables.
- Familiarity with Helium10, Amazon Advertising Console, Walmart Connect or other ad platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a curiosity for latest trends in eCommerce and thirst for becoming a subject matter expert in digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
