The Sr. Manager, People Analytics will lead the development and execution of the analytics strategy that turns complex workforce data into actionable insights. Supporting a diverse, global workforce of over 10,000 across multiple business units, you will play a hands-on role in embedding analytics into everyday HR operations. You will establish scalable processes to ensure insights are operationally relevant, while defining and tracking KPIs that highlight workforce trends and inform strategic decisions. By combining technical expertise with compelling data storytelling, you will empower HR and business leaders to make informed, forward-looking decisions that drive long-term organizational value.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a global analytics strategy that aligns with business and HR objectives, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and inform strategic planning.
  • Design and implement standardized processes, dashboards, and workflows to integrate analytics into daily operations efficiently and consistently.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive results.
  • analytics technology (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) to enhance data visualization, reporting, and accessibility.
  • Ability to evaluate, implement, and incorporate AI and machine learning solutions into analytics processes to enhance insights, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across systems and geographies, promoting best practices in data stewardship.
  • Streamline and standardize reporting across business units and regions to maintain consistency, accuracy, and relevance of workforce metrics.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, insights and data management.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  • Understands the capabilities and limitations of AI and can translate AI outputs into digestible insights.
  • Relevant certifications in data governance or HR analytics are a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, regression, clustering, forecasting, and A/B testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Knowledge of dashboard design, data storytelling, and communicating insights effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Experience with global workforce analytics, HR data, or large-scale organizational data preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understands principles of data governance, data quality, data integration, and master data management.
  • Understanding organizational structure, business operations, HR processes, or industry-specific practices.
  • Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical use of data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mathematics, data science, or related field.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
