Job Description
Overview:
Compiles and maintains records of Production transactions such as the inputs and outputs of the Production process in Oracle, manage inventory information, signing in and out truck drivers and completing appropriate paperwork. Will also provide daily/weekly reports from managers.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Compiles process area records daily
- Data entry for productions transactions in and out of Oracle
- Create information to Ship tankers and send it thru email
- Send daily information for departments involve on the WO from production
- Create daily production reports to determine business efficiencies as needed
- Prepares and maintains daily, weekly and monthly data for reports accurately for operations meetings.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Weigh truck in/out for variety company
- Print out/send daily reports
- Daily janitorial duties
- Daily mail duty
- Direct plant traffic (visitors, contractors) and assign gate cards and update the access
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Computer skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Two years experience related to inventory or production
- Be able to work well with others
- Be able to work in Production, warehouse and office environments
- Have good math skills
- Be able to handle multi-tasks
- Be detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work long hours if needed
- Customer service oriented
