The Reliability Planner plays a key role in keeping our production operations running efficiently and on time. This position is responsible for creating, adjusting, and managing daily and long-term production schedules for beverages ensuring inventory levels are met and customer demand is fulfilled. The role works closely with teams across production, warehousing, and sales to balance operational needs, equipment availability, and order changes. It’s a fast-paced, detail-driven position that helps make sure the right products get to the right place at the right time.
Compensation: $24.00-$32.00 hourly
Job Description
As a Reliability Planner, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and adjusting daily and long-term production schedules to ensure we meet inventory demands, customer orders, and overall business objectives. You’ll act as a key coordinator between production, warehousing, sales, and supply chain teams to make sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
- Create and manage the daily beverage production schedule based on inventory levels, customer orders, and operational capacity.
- Adjust schedules in response to order changes, machine downtime, maintenance, or promotional activity.
- Develop production plans for domestic and international orders, ensuring on-time delivery across all markets.
- Plan and schedule bottle decoration and bareware inventory to align with production timelines.
- Warehouse & Distribution Planning-determine product transfer plans by deciding which products (and how much) should be sent to each domestic warehouse.
- Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure scheduled transfers support inventory needs.
- Update and manage the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) model and beverage forecast data.
- Work closely with the sales team and share regular updates during bi-weekly beverage meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify scheduling issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Monitor performance trends and support root-cause analysis for production delays or inventory shortfalls.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Experience working with inventory management, forecasting, or logistics coordination is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP or CMMS systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Noetix.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and capacity planning.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable taking initiative and adapting to changes in schedules, priorities, or processes.
- Ability to coach others, follow standard work procedures, and lead by example when necessary.
