Fiji Water is bottle at source in a world class facility with state of the art equipment located at Yaqara and is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the open positions.
Job Description
- Compliance Management:
- Implement and maintain compliance processes related to packaging, raw materials testing
- Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure adherence to SQF and other QMS requirements, standard operating procedures, and market requirements.
- Conduct internal ,external and regulatory audits, inspections, Supplier and GMP audits as required.
- Verify nonconformances and report results to relevant stakeholders, including supplier nonconformance
- Training & Capability Building:
- Identify and assess compliance training needs across the organization.and maintain records
- Develop, organize, and deliver compliance-related training programs.
- Create teaching materials and prepare annual training plans.
- Coach team members on compliance standards and systems to build cross-functional capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Report on Compliance Trends
- Drive performance improvement initiatives related to compliance processes.
- Engage in problem-solving and process optimization efforts.
- Identify and implement training activities to enhance compliance across the facility.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Execute regulatory and site administrative requirements.
- Support organizational quality, environmental, safety, and philanthropic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum:
- Diploma in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Training of Trainers certificate.
- HACCP certificate.
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP.
- 3 years of experience in the food industry in a similar role.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Internal Auditor certificate for Food Safety Management Systems.
