Thales Cyber Services Australia and NZ are a full-service cybersecurity solutions provider. We partner with clients across Australia, New Zealand and the globe in the protection of their digital assets and provide a full suite of cybersecurity services.
Partnering with over 1,400 mid-sized to enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure clients, our mission is to be the sovereign cybersecurity provider of choice for the protection of Australia and New Zealand’s digital assets. Delivering comprehensive, tailored solutions to prevent, detect and mitigate potential cyber-attacks. We have deep expertise in security advisory (GRC) and consulting, technical assurance and testing, cloud services, 24x7 managed services and monitoring, incident response and forensics, and converged/physical security.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working alongside Project Management and Bid Management professionals you will have the opportunity to learn all facets of how a business runs whilst you play an integral role in helping coordinate and prepare projects and bids.
Assisting with coordinating and collating bids and tender documentation
Support the management of projects and associated activities
Gaining insight into contract management and the differing models
Understand and developing project schedules and plans and play a key role in preparing for meetings
Gain an insight into risk management and associated activities
Understand workforce planning and related activities
ABOUT YOU
Recently degree qualified in Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related degree, or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2026
You have a keen interest to understand how a project driven business plans and tracks its bids and projects to completion both from a cost and schedule perspective
You have exceptional communication skills and can easily build relationships
Your organisation skills are second to none!
Problem Solving mindset with experience in evaluating security incidents and crafting thoughtful responses.
Knowledge of MS Project or project scheduling tools
AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY
A Defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain clearance.
