Global Sales Enablement Program Manager (IAM)

Thales is hiring an experience Global Sales Enablement Program Manager, Identity Access Management (IAM) , who'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact enablement programs that drive faster ramp, consistent execution, and improved sales performance across Thales’ Identity & Access Management business. This role partners closely with sales, BDR, marketing, demand generation, and channel teams in a global environment, and plays a key role in onboarding, continuous enablement, and major sales events, such as Sales Kickoff.
Key Areas of Responsibility
New Hire Enablement & Onboarding
Design and manage IAM onboarding programs across sales roles
Partner with PMM, content, and platform teams to deliver blended learning
Support reinforcement and continuous learning post-onboarding
BDR Enablement
Own enablement strategy and cadence for the IAM BDR organization
Facilitate sessions and coordinate SME participation
Stakeholder Partnership & Alignment
Partner with sales, BDR, marketing, demand gen, and channel leaders
Align enablement initiatives to business priorities and field needs
Channel Enablement Support
Support channel teams with partner-specific enablement
Coordinate development of partner-focused training content
Enablement Content & Platform Support
Support content migration to a modern enablement platform
Help organize and standardize enablement content
Sales Kickoff & Major Events
Support planning and execution of IAM Sales Kickoff and major events
Assist with content coordination, logistics, and follow-up enablement
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in sales enablement and/or sales within technology, software, or SaaS
Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs for multiple sales roles and audiences
Demonstrated success supporting onboarding and continuous enablement for new hires and new-to-role employees
Comfort facilitating live virtual training sessions for global audiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, marketing, demand generation, and channel teams
Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, and modern sales methodologies
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to influence without authority and build trust across regions and seniority levels

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC) 105,741.64 - 213,083.78 USD AnnualThis reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
