OUR TEAM
Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.
Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.
YOUR ROLE
This is a high-impact role where you’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, anticipate future EO materiel needs, and ensure the supply chain remains resilient, agile and mission-ready.
You’ll lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, influence senior stakeholders across Thales and Defence, and shape long-term planning outcomes that directly support national Defence objectives.
Working from our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to -
Lead end-to-end demand planning and S&OP for EO Services
Develop demand plans supporting surge, crisis and resilience scenarios
Analyse impacts on storage, infrastructure, transport and workforce capacity
Improve demand data accuracy, systems, reporting and decision frameworks
Influence senior stakeholders through clear, evidence-based insights
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field
Strong experience in demand planning, S&OP, ERP/MRP environments
Highly analytical with strong stakeholder and communication skills
Able to lead through influence in complex, regulated environments
