OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

This is a high-impact role where you’ll translate complex data into actionable insights, anticipate future EO materiel needs, and ensure the supply chain remains resilient, agile and mission-ready.

You’ll lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, influence senior stakeholders across Thales and Defence, and shape long-term planning outcomes that directly support national Defence objectives.

Working from our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to -

  • Lead end-to-end demand planning and S&OP for EO Services

  • Develop demand plans supporting surge, crisis and resilience scenarios

  • Analyse impacts on storage, infrastructure, transport and workforce capacity

  • Improve demand data accuracy, systems, reporting and decision frameworks

  • Influence senior stakeholders through clear, evidence-based insights

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field

  • Strong experience in demand planning, S&OP, ERP/MRP environments

  • Highly analytical with strong stakeholder and communication skills

  • Able to lead through influence in complex, regulated environments
