YOUR ROLE
Join our Cyber Technology Integration team as a Senior Consultant, Application Control in a hands-on engineering role shaping secure desktop environments for enterprise clients. You’ll design, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOEs) and modern application control solutions using technologies such as Microsoft WDAC, AppLocker, Ivanti, Carbon Black, and Airlock.
This role blends technical depth with practical delivery, building secure baselines, managing allowlisting policies, uplifting endpoint security maturity, and ensuring environments align with Essential Eight and NIST frameworks.
You’ll:
Build and maintain secure SOEs across enterprise EUC environments
Implement and tune application control solutions (WDAC, AppLocker, Ivanti, Airlock, Carbon Black)
Deploy and manage policies via MECM, Intune, Ivanti or similar
Analyse software usage and risks to refine controls
Troubleshoot compatibility, policy, and SOE issues
Document standards and contribute to project delivery
Collaborate across cyber, infrastructure, and EUC teams to uplift maturity
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience in SOE engineering, endpoint security, or system engineering
Hands-on experience with application control technologies
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardening standards, and security frameworks
Familiarity with MECM, Intune, Ivanti or equivalent tooling
Ability to troubleshoot, document clearly, and work across technical teams
