YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Security Consultant (SOC Modernisation Consulting), you’ll lead the delivery of SOC modernisation and transformation programs helping clients build and optimise modern, high-performing Security Operations Centres.
You’ll:
- Advise customers on SOC transformation strategy and implementation.
- Configure and optimise SIEM solutions to enable advanced threat detection and data visibility.
- Collaborate with Thales consultants, partners, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Partner with executives to design tailored, effective security solutions.
- Maintain and grow certifications across Google SecOps, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience with Splunk ES, Microsoft Sentinel, or Google SecOps.
- Strong background in security use case development and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Scripting or programming experience, ideal
- Data engineering or analytics background
- Knowledge of containerisation (e.g. Kubernetes)
- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP)
