Il abrite des activités d’ingénierie, de développement et d'intégration de systèmes de défense aérienne.The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for the technical support of radars at various client sites in Armenia.
Your technical and maintenance skills will enable you to acquire the necessary product knowledge to identify malfunctions, propose technical solutions, and carry out the following activities :
Prepare interventions :
- Analyze malfunctions, provide a diagnosis, and help establish the intervention plan in your area of responsibility. Verify the availability of resources and safety plans.
Carry out interventions on client sites :
- Take full or partial responsibility for the client’s system ;
- Perform the scheduled troubleshooting interventions according to maintenance documents, ensuring compliance with the planned schedule ;
- Regularly inform the client and the Thales project team of the progress of the work ;
- Conduct specific tests to validate proper functioning ;
- Write intervention reports ;
- Provide technical advice to clients ;
- Finally, you may be asked to deliver or participate in training for client personnel ;
Perform back-office activities :
- Participate in debriefing meetings at the end of missions ;
- Analyze technical issues and contribute to product improvement in collaboration with the relevant departments ;
- Contribute to improving maintenance documents and the deployment of digital solutions.
Your Profile
The position is based in Armenia for a duration of 3 years, following an initial 3-month training in France (Paris region)
You are fluent in Armenian (native or first language)
Proficiency in English or French is required
Is collaborative work essential for you ?
You have significant experience in industrial maintenance with strong skills in electronics and electrical engineering
You hold a DUT/BTS diploma or an engineering degree with significant Field Service experience with clients
You have experience in analysis, expertise, and maintenance of systems with site visits to clients
You have good report-writing skills for intervention and expertise reports
You have knowledge in mechatronics (electronics / electrical engineering / mechanics)
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and sense of service
