Thales is hiring an experience Sales Enablement Content Manager that will support the Cyber Security Product business. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales enablement content strategies and systems. You will be principal owner of Allego, Thales’ content management and learning management system. You’ll be responsible for creating the overarching CMS strategy and governance models. You will also be responsible for working with key stakeholders across sales enablement to create the overall content management strategy.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Sales Content Management – Create, curate, and maintain a centralized repository of sales content, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible
•Content Creation – Facilitate content creation in partnership with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and enablement; assist in the creation of strategic presentations for leadership
•Content Technology Management – Implement and manage sales technologies, including learning management and content management systems
•Performance Analysis – Track and analyze data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of enablement content, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
•Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align content strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to enablement
•Strategic Planning – Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales content strategy
Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marking or a related field or equivalent work experience
•5+ years working with and managing sales enablement systems (Allego), including sales content systems, learning management systems, and sales effectiveness platforms
•5+ years experience in sales enablement, program management, or related roles
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

•Experience building new enablement programs and processes, including governance and strategy models
•Experience in training and working with remote groups

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC): 85,071.00 - 120,573.00 - 177,100.00 USD AnnualThis reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
