Position Summary
Arizona, USA Remote
Renewal Representatives are responsible for a set book of business. Driving bookings, on time renew and retention rate excellence. This position will have direct interface with customers of various dollar size and scope.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Drive subscription revenue throughout the territory
· Create accurate forecasts and participate in pipeline reviews
· Manage the transaction process from quote through PO
· Interface with partners and distributors
· Work seamlessly with Account Executives to ensure renewal and expansion sales are maximized
· Actively participate in company-wide efforts to improve customer satisfaction as measured by NPS
· Develop and maintain close long-term customer relationships
· Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Product Management based on customer requirements
Minimum Qualifications
· College degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years)
· Experience working with SFDC and/or other CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
· Enthusiastic, Positive Demeanor and Professional Customer Service skills
· Strong desire to learn sales processes including quoting, forecasting and closing
· Excellent communication skills
· Familiarity with the buying cycle of software and hardware products
· Knowledge of Application Security is a huge plus

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC): 78,630.00 - 109,176.00 - 144,650.00 USD AnnualThis reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
