Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support at the Warren, Michigan on site client location to ensure efficient operation of the Teleperformance and General Motors partnership.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, books conference rooms and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, mail processing and shipping and receiving etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Helps coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Coordinate and help plan events such as luncheons, prepare for visitors on site, motivational events
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail and in person
- Provide support with shipping and tracking equipment
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Client support and escalations
- Engage and interact with employees regarding incentives and acknowledgements, assist with preparation of incentive / bonus files
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain weekly cleanliness of onsite breakroom microwaves/refrigerators.
- Maintain daily attendance tracking of various onsite teams

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 months+ tenure with Teleperformance
- 6 months+ administrative assistant experience
- Flexible with availability but primary work schedule is daytime hours Monday through Friday, 8AM- 5PM. Hours may fluctuate due to client needs and demands.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Teams, Slack
- Minimum of 90 Day tenure with Teleperformance.
- Minimum 90% of Metrics Maintained.
- No correction communications in the last 6 months.
