Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

In this role, you’ll be joining the Recruiting Coordination team within Global Recruiting Operations. Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Stripe’s success, as hiring world-class talent is essential to our mission of increasing the GDP of the internet. The Recruiting Coordination team is the operational engine, owning interview operations and the candidate experience program globally to support our ambitious hiring agenda. The team is globally distributed, with coordinators onsite in each of our major Stripe offices supported by a scheduling team based in the Stripe Delivery Center in Bangalore.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordination Manager for our Americas Recruiting Coordination team who will develop and support our recruiting coordinators, help streamline our recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, and provide metrics and analysis on productivity. As manager, you will collaborate with your counterparts in Dublin and Mexico City to partner with Global Recruiting, ensuring the coordination team provides outstanding support and a high-quality candidate experience

Additionally, you will design and implement innovative recruiting processes, and manage these projects with cross-functional partners. Lastly, you will play a key role in the development and refinement of the support model between the Recruiting Coordination team, our partners in the Stripe Delivery Center, and global stakeholders including Recruiters and Recruiting Programs.

Responsibilities * Act as a process owner for interview scheduling and candidate experience programs for a subset of the Global Recruiting Team
* Act as a key partner to recruiting leadership and partners across the business (including Stripe Delivery Centers, Legal, IT, Payroll, HR, and others) to design and drive efficiency and implement scalable recruiting processes
* Ensure coordinators are providing excellent support to recruiters; give timely feedback and troubleshoot issues
* Develop and implement a global support model, inclusive of quality assurance and user support transitions between time zones
* Partner closely with Stripe Delivery Center managers to ensure the success of our interview scheduling model
* Support and encourage the growth of recruiting coordinators
* Ensure candidates have a great experience during their interview process at Stripe and seek out new ways to improve candidate experience
* Maintain data reports and performance metrics, and report out to the Global Recruiting and Global People Support team
* Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* From time to time, additional project and program responsibilities

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements * Solid experience within a Recruiting or growing user-facing organization
* 1+ years of experience managing people, with the ability to lead, mentor, and support a team of Stripes
* Strong time management, communication and organizational skills
* A team player with excellent relationship management skills
* Knowledge of recruiting processes
* Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvements
* Data- and systems-savvy; ability to drive improvements to our scheduling and interview management tooling and reporting

Preferred qualifications * Experience leading a Recruiting Coordination, User Support team, or HR Operations team
* Experience working across a globally distributed team, and working with service delivery centers specifically
* Experience implementing quality assurance programs
* Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and attend non-business hour events as needed (this role supports a global team, and you should expect to offset your hours periodically as needed to connect with team members in different time zones than you)

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $138,200 - $207,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
