The role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, Workday, Prism, EIB, Cloud Connect, and various APIs. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of integration best practices, with a focus on XSLT, Core Connector, APIs, Web Services, and Rest URLs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement robust integrations that enhance the overall efficiency and functionality of our Workday ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and APIs.
Create and optimize calculated fields and custom reports within Workday to support business requirements.
Leverage expertise in XSLT, Core Connector, APIs, Web Services, and Rest URLs to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.
Stay updated on the latest Workday integration tools and technologies, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including to gather integration requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate with external vendors, if necessary, to support integration projects.
Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle and support
Maintain up-to-date documentation of all integrations
Provide ongoing support for Workday integrations, addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related incidents in a timely manner.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years experience working in Workday
Proven experience in Workday integration development, including Workday Studio, Prism, EIB, Cloud Connect, and APIs.
Extensive knowledge of XSLT, Core Connector, APIs, Web Services, and Rest URLs.
Experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields
Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ADP integration support is a plus.
Experience with WD Extend support is desirable.
Workday Integration Certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
