You will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and our Human Resources Business Partner to play a key role combining HR Operations, Recruiting, and Talent, working directly with the business.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>In this client-facing role you will develop relationships across the business and become a point person to handle a wide range of HR and Talent inquires</li> <li>Own full-cycle recruiting for support functions e.g. legal, compliance, technology, operations – approximately 10 requisitions a year.</li> <li>Facilitate the offer process, new hire onboarding and employee offboarding</li> <li>Provide support for Immigration e.g. job descriptions, partnering on the Green Card process (posting roles and reviewing resumes). </li> <li>Project manage talent initiatives including promotions, culture programming, and communications</li> <li>Manage the HR reporting process for the business including coordination and facilitation of data across key stakeholders.</li> <li><p>Additional projects and responsibilities as needed.</p></li> </ul> </div> </section>
