<p><strong>Regional Manager, Commercial Sales</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">San Jose, Costa Rica</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Smartsheet is currently seeking a Manager, Sales to hire, coach, and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives, serving an audience of primarily US based customers. You will oversee a team responsible for closing deals in new and existing accounts and driving them toward achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and bookings goals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">In 2005, Smartsheet was founded on the idea that teams and millions of people worldwide deserve a better way to deliver their very best work. Trust is one of our core values, and as an organization, we execute that core value by maintaining and innovating on systems, processes and programs that secure our customers’ data. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">You Will:</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Lead, manage and develop a high performing team of up to 8 Inside Sales Representatives, serving an audience of primarily US based customers.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Partner with Talent Acquisition and play an active role in recruiting, staffing, and training a team of qualified sales professionals (as needed)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Formulate and execute monthly sales plans while pacing towards quarterly goals</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Use sales enablement tools to coach and provide feedback to direct reports in the areas of sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career development</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Play an active role while coaching reps to help close both simple and complex sales cycles </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">You will manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Facilitate and manage cross-functional partnerships to manage full sales cycle and close business</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Help manage programs, that support sales leadership initiatives, to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Establish sales objectives by forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Be a role model. Anticipate and plan for change.
