Our product is the first comprehensive professional-grade VR medical simulation system, and it is used by our customers to train physicians, nurses, paramedics and other allied health professionals. Since our product has become generally available, demand has exploded and we're in need of new team members to move our product forward.
Our company has an ambitious and high-impact purpose: to transform the way healthcare professionals are trained in order to take a dent out of the more than 400,000 people who die every year from preventable medical errors. We're a dynamic team that includes a wide set of medical professionals, artists, designers, scientists, engineers, and many others, all of whom have dedicated their time to achieving our mission. We are looking for new team members who are excited about our mission and have the drive to thrive in the startup environment.

Additionally, you will be involved in structuring, drafting, and reviewing legal documents and representing the company in legal proceedings, and act as a corporate signatory. You will work with and manage the company’s relationships with outside counsel when necessary to accomplish the company’s legal goals.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in corporate law, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a keen analytical mind. Your attention to detail, administrative capabilities, and ability to manage complex legal projects will contribute significantly to our organization's success.
