And we’re just getting started.</div><div><span style="font-size: 11.5pt">&nbsp;</span></div><div>We are looking for experienced Senior Account Executives to join our Sales team and be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with brands and agencies in the streaming space. The ideal candidates are digital-first sellers who have a passion for problem solving, and are seeking roles that will directly impact the short- and long-term success of our clients’ businesses – by making CTV and other streaming advertising smarter and more accountable. Excellent communication and analytical skills are critical. The individuals need to be able to break down complex data-driven solutions with simplicity, as well as liaise with anyone ranging from an analyst to the CEO.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In addition to helping to further hone our advanced advertising sales strategy, the Senior Account Executives / Account Executives also will have the opportunity to help shape new capabilities, offerings and partnerships in the CTV and OTT arenas – and to break new business and materially grow existing revenue in the burgeoning streaming marketplace.</div><div><span style="font-size: 11.5pt">&nbsp;</span></div><div><b><u>Responsibilities</u></b>:</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Actively pitch and grow strategic relationships with key clients, agencies and trading desks&nbsp; to increase CTV and/or OTT revenue</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Drive long-term partnerships by developing a holistic understanding of clients’ challenges and objectives, the ad tech industry, and the competitive landscape</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Manage client and agency relationships, and coordinate cross functional teams (e.g., customer success, account management) to exceed customer expectations</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Provide customer feedback to internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative solutions to our customers</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Cultivate, measure, analyze and communicate a detailed pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue growth</div><div><br></div><div><b><u>Qualifications</u></b>:</div><div><span style="font-size: 11.5pt">&nbsp;</span></div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><b>Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience selling advanced TV (and particularly CTV/OTT) advertising solutions.</b> Also open to alternative experience including digital video ad sales, ad tech / martech, and management consulting</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Established relationships (and experience fostering strong partnerships) with client-side teams, agencies and trading desks</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Demonstrated success achieving advanced TV (and particularly CTV/OTT) revenue targets in previous sales roles</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Strong analytical capabilities and consultative sales skills, and a deep understanding of both technology-enabled advertising and the streaming marketplace</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Ability to effectively communicate with, present to, and influence clients, agencies and other industry stakeholders</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Experience driving new business, while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Experience in managing longer sales cycles with multiple partners</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Coachability, resourcefulness, and a passion for the rapidly-evolving ad tech landscape</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency</div><div>●<span style="font-size: 7pt">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Vertical experience in pharmaceutical, CPG, financial services, travel, B2B / technology, automotive, travel, multicultural and/or data-driven linear TV a plus</div>
