The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Campaign Specialist who loves solving problems and turning complex ideas into high-impact marketing campaigns.
You’ll be the engine behind bringing our customers’ wildest campaign dreams to life—from scoping technical solutions to running flawless campaign launches. You’ll act as a bridge between our clients and our internal teams, translating business needs into powerful workflows in Simon. If you’re process-driven, energized by fast-paced environments, and love making the impossible happen, this role’s for you.
What You’ll Do
Bring Campaigns to Life
Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns in Simon—from brainstorming to QA
Turn customer ideas into technical workflows that just work
Be a Trusted Partner
Act as an extension of our client’s marketing team
Scope, plan, and manage campaigns while advising on architecture and strategy
Join onboarding calls and workshopping sessions to accelerate time-to-value
Optimize & Improve
Spot blockers early and solve them before they delay launches
Streamline workflows and make our process better every day
Keep everyone in the loop with clear, honest updates
Who You Are
2+ years of experience in a professional role, with at least 1 year managing campaigns
You’ve run high-impact, deadline-driven campaigns from end to end
Comfortable talking shop with marketing, creative, and technical teams
You think in workflows and systems and love finding smarter ways to get things done
Familiar with SQL, APIs, web/mobile SDKs, or eager to learn
You communicate clearly, collaborate generously, and have a high EQ
Curious, adaptable, and hungry to grow
Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar

In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $75,000 to $90,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
