What we're looking for:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Account Manager that has successfully managed a large book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, renewals and expansion opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Create and execute a retention and cross-sell strategy within your entire book of business.

  • Work with key decision makers to negotiate commercial and financial contracts.

  • Prepare accurate renewal forecasts and effectively utilize dashboards to illustrate renewal status and results.

  • Create and deliver effective business presentations

  • Manage and negotiate commercial terms to ensure on-time renewals.

  • Build strategic expansion plays to drive revenue.

  • Maintain contract revenue base at highest possible retention rate.

What would make you a strong fit:

  • 6+ years of enterprise account management experience.

  • You’ve managed a sales and renewals quota, and hit it!

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Display prior success in a customer-facing role at a technology company working with strategic customers.

  • Demonstrate outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills and solid business judgment.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Work well with a team of experts; navigating across roles and audiences (technical and business, internal and external); experience working and being successful in a remote role.

  • Display a strong desire to learn and problem-solve.

  • Be creative, coachable, collaborative, detail-oriented, goal-driven, thoughtful, and resourceful.

  • Cultivate comfort with a technical, data-oriented product; you know what an API is and the difference between HTML and JavaScript.

  • Knowledge of the payment industry or digital trust and safety.
