Highly-communicative. You are or are willing to become a great communicator. You value clear priorities, documented decisions, and frequent communication with your engineering, design, and product partners.

Well-rounded. You can jump into code across the stack and pick up on new languages quickly. You appreciate thinking through, challenging, and providing feedback on product and design decisions.

Desire to grow into leadership or PM. This role has a clear path to becoming a Technical Lead or Product Manager as the team grows.

Experience with or willingness to learn React Native. You have solid front-end iOS / React Native experience and love building beautiful, performant, and impactful products. You have a portfolio of polished and high-performing apps you've built or helped build in the past.

We're a remote-first culture and generally hang out on Slack and Tandem. We value tight collaboration, clearly-defined goals and priorities, and principled decision-making. We also tend to be maniacal about documentation in the form of note-taking :)

We have a beautiful office in San Francisco's Mission district which we share with a fellow startup, Stream.club. Working in the office is completely optional but always welcomed.
