Lead U.S. HCP marketing for Beyfortus with an execution mindset. You’ll own sales‑force engagement strategy, end‑to‑end NPP and omnichannel strategy, and health‑system/account activation—translating strategy into adoption, standardization, and sustained utilization. You’ll manage a team of Product Managers, orchestrate agencies/third parties, and serve as a central leader across workstreams. Reports to the U.S. Head of Marketing, Beyfortus.

Main Responsibilities:
Sales force execution: Primary Lead to Sales leadership; Lead field engagement model, content sequencing, and KPIs; Oversee field‑ready trainings and sales force effectiveness for the franchise
Own NPP & omnichannel: Lead HCP media decision making, creative, measurement, and optimization; build full‑funnel KPIs; run weekly performance governance; reallocate spend dynamically by region/segment
Brand & content leadership: Drive insights into clear value propositions and disciplined messaging across health segments
Agency/partner leadership: Direct creative, media, analytics, and data providers with tight briefs/SOWs/SLAs; ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and measurable ROI.
Cross‑functional & global: Align Sales, Market Access, Medical/HEOR, Analytics, and Supply; serve as U.S. lead with Global Marketing; integrate latest evidence into compliant storytelling.
People leadership: Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Product Managers; increase talent density; manage KPIs; foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and P&L ownership.
Performance & governance: Own targets, dashboards, and senior readouts; manage A&P/NPP budgets; ensure RC/MLR readiness and full compliance.
Goals & key outcomes
Achieve brand & financial targets by fiscal and seasonal year‑end—using analytics to identify leakage and deploying rapid corrective HCP interventions; partner with Sales/Medical/Value for maternal defense and infant immunization standardization.
Dynamic OPEX allocation—geo‑segmented prioritization and tie spend to measurable behavior change
Transform omnichannel—embed journeys, trigger personalized follow‑ups, and optimize Vaccine Shoppe; integrate personal + non‑personal as one system.
Strengthen franchise ownership & talent—clear governance; succession planning; capability building.
About You
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
10+ years pharma/biopharma commercial experience with 8+ years in brand/HCP marketing; launch and/or seasonal brand experience preferred.
Proven success in sales force engagement and NPP/omnichannel with measurable outcomes.
Data‑driven operator with strong cross‑functional influence and executive communication.
Pediatrics/respiratory/IDN and global collaboration experience a plus.
Travel: Up to 30%.

The salary range for this position is:
$206,250.00 - $297,916.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
