Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage site-level KPIs to measure Supply Chain performance.

  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment for KPI calculations across all sources.

  • Monitor and report monthly Supply Chain performance at PCU/APU and site levels.

  • Conduct root cause analysis to address performance issues effectively.

  • Act as liaison between units, facilitating communication on operational impacts.

  • Analyze data to support prioritization and escalation decisions for PCU Lead.

  • Create and maintain Pareto analyses of losses for Level 1 +QDCI meetings.

  • Actively participate in daily Level 1 +QDCI meetings, potentially rotating between multiple PCUs.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field with 3 years of experience, or master's degree with 1+ year of experience

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and problem-solving tools

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

The salary range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $130,000.00
