iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist with North America benefits vendor management and budgeting/invoicing.
- Develop and support Wellbeing communications/campaigns.
- Support initiatives to continuously improve benefits programs, policies, and tools.
- Participate in surveys related to benefits/wellbeing.
- Provide project management support and event coordination - managing logistics, meeting support, overseeing contracts etc. (e.g., support Benefit and Wellbeing onsite events).
- Partner with the NA Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on benefits programming and communications.
About you
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in similar positions, preferably in Benefits and Wellbeing.
- Previous experience working in a corporate environment.
Soft and technical skills:
- Skilled in data analysis.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Having an interest in Benefits and Wellbeing.
- Project Management and event planning skills is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite – specifically PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of Workday is preferred.
Education:
- Master's Degree in relevant field connected with the position.
Languages:
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
